How to address the gender gap at work

We collaborated with our client, BRIDGE Partnership, to create a research paper with a new approach to tackling the gender gap at work.

In order to address this imbalance, organisations have often focused on ‘fixing’ the women, asking them to be more demanding, to lean in, to be more like men. Put simply, this doesn’t work. Our co-authored paper focused on women in senior roles within traditionally patriarchal organisations, who, despite the odds, are thriving whilst remaining themselves. We explored what these women had in common, and provided fresh solutions to share with organisations.

The aim of the paper is to shift the existing paradigm and drive engagement for our client.
